You can redeem your chips for free menu items online through our websites or in the restaurant. Also, members get a complimentary entree on their birthday and so much more.
Chips can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items. Chips cannot be earned on taxes, tips, donations, and fees including without limitation, delivery fees, bag fees, service and surcharge fees, convenience fees, and recycling deposits.

The sky is the limit! There is no maximum for chips, but we suggest redeeming them for tasty rewards. Chips expire after twelve months of no purchase or redemption activity.
Chips cannot be returned after you've selected to redeem them so choose wisely. Once chips are redeemed for a reward, that reward is yours and we can't swap it out for a different one.

If you forgot to scan your member card on your last visit, keep your receipt handy and submit a Chips Request online. Be sure to submit your Chips Request within 30 days of the transaction. You can submit up to 2 Chips Requests per day and up to 4 Chips Requests per month. Please send your email, telephone number, and a photo of your receipt to [email protected] to retroactively add chips to your account.

Yep, you can earn chips for up to three transactions per day. Multiple menu items ordered together will count as one transaction.
Only one account may be attached per table. Split check chips can only be applied to one account.
It can take 24-48 hours for chips to process and show up in your Chips History section. If they're still missing after that time, customer service should be able to sort things out for you. Just be sure you have your receipt handy.
Did you buy a gift car or alcohol? Those purchases, as well as taxes, fees (like delivery and surcharge fees) and tips aren't eligible to earn chips.

Chips expire after twelve consecutive months of inactivity on your loyalty account. You can track your chips in the Chips History section of your account.
